I am deeply appreciative that you don\'t think gender has something to do with what a person is capable of. While it is true that there are things that men can do which women cannot, the fact also remains that there are things that women can do which men cannot. In this modern times, women are striving hard to do what men can do and vice versa. These efforts, in my opinion, are necessary to establish a middle ground for both gender. That no gender is weaker or superior than the other, not just in the military, but in all aspect of life.

I think former is more suitable. I don`t care 170 cm tall and 70 kg people`s sex.
