Do you think that food defines a culture? If so, how?

Whenever I make out an itinerary, I always search the traditional restaurant because I would like to know what they eat.

In regard to Korean food, we always have a lot of side dishes and many people love having soup every their meal.

I didn\'t think that hamburger is a meal because it doesn\'t contain rice in it.

Koreans also like spicy food, so we use chilly powder a lot.

Gochujang is one of the main ingredient for food in Korea.

In 1960s, we had Interkorea War and our country was colonized by Japan before Korea War.

As a result, our ancestors was suffering to have meal so they put beef bones and tail into the water and made it soup. Because it was the best way to make a lot of soup.

It is still popular soup for Koreans but I don\'t think foreigners can understand why Koreans eat soup was made by bones.
