Do you think that governments should encourage public transport more?

I think it depends on regional traffic situations. In capital area, there are serious traffic jam all days. So, the goverment should improve public transport in those area. For example, the gold line the busiest subway line in Seoul is crowded especially at rush hour. The goverment sould expand the transportation around goldline area. And there are not enough parking area in seoul, it cause serious traffic jam also. because there is no parking space, peeple have to park at the side of load. On the other hand, In local cities, there are no traffic jam except traditional holiday seasons like new-years day and thanksgiving day. And people live local cities usually move by their car. So the goverment don\'t have to increase the number of public transportation. But in contryside, the term of public transportaion is very long. Therefore, I think this issue should be improved situationally by the goverment
