Do you think that older people make better leaders?

To become a good leader, there are a number of qualification; such as interpersonal skills, deep knowledge and insight, generous and modesty mind, and so on. In general, I believe people could not get those requirements automatically when they are getting older. However, I accord with the idea that politician, as a good leader, needs numerous experience for a better decision. In addition, personally, it seems like their decision would be right and more reliable. If they have a sufficient experience, it could effect in a positive way to become good leaders, but I may not be saying that the older they are, the better leaders could become.
