Do you think that one day, will there be a medicine that can cure all illnesses?

It has been a dream since the begining for a human being to invent or make a medicine that can cure all illnesses. It is like someting that can prevent aging or recover muscles so that people can become even younger. Such a magic world will never come. Imagine if there is a cure and it is made public for everyone to use? To never get sick, to never see a loved one die from cancer or AIDS, or to see all children grow and develop to their full potentials without their lives being thwarted or cut short from diseases. If there is a cure for all diseases could it be made available to everyone? How would we approach it? Can we make it work in our society? The answer is no, it would not, we could not and no it can not. If a cure for all diseases was to be made public now there would be huge ramifications. Such as a population explosion that would result from people living longer and only dying from natural causes. Hundreds of thousands would be without jobs.
