I think taxi shouldn't be classified as a form of public transport. Because if taxi classified as a form of public transport, transfer disccount rate is decreased. If so, if transfer disccount rate is decreased what happen? In that case a lot of people will feel economical burden. For example, when you attend office you will take bus. You will transfer 3330 bus to 1500-2 bus. And when you go back home you transfer 1500-2 bus to 3330 bus. In one monthe you will go to office 25 times at least. If transfer disccount rate is decreased from 200won to 100won you will pay 5000won more than before that taxis should not be classified as a form of public transport. Consequently you must more pay 5000won when transfer disccount rate is decreased to 100won. So I think, taxis should not be classified as a form of public transport.
