Do you think that teachers should use corporal punishment as a means of discipline?

Yes. I am for using corporal punishment at school. Some pundits say that corporal punishment is a kind of violence and that students can learn violence from corporal punishment. However, I don’t think so. I experienced many corporal punishments during secondary school and even primary school, but I and my friends are never bellicose and don’t try to deal with problems with violence. We are rather disciplined and self-controlled than the children of this time. Rather, I think the problem is that there is no corporal punishment at school. How do teachers control students without corporal punishment? Do students obey everything the teachers tell them to do? Never! Teachers need proven tools to control students Whether to allow corporal punishment at school or not is a long-standing issue in and out of school. We need to come to an end to its lagging arguments before it’s too late because I think public education without corporal punishment has left students unattended to some extent.
