Do you think you have a healthy life style?

I comparatively have a healthy life.

The reason why i cofidence is that I don`t skip breakfast and as soon as finishing my work I mostly go to gym to exercise.

 Actually, regularly health exa[이름]ation was the motivation for my life.

 End of the year I was surprised by the result of my healthy condition. 

>>Last year, I was surprised by the result of my health condition.
 They urged me to manage my body shape by losing fat in body.

>>They urged me to lose some fats to keep my body in shape.

 and that tell me If you will not change your healthy, after passing time You will get some of serious disease. 

>>And they even told me that if I won\'t change anything about my health I will get some serious disease in the future.
 from that day I registered the gym to get rid of my love handle.

>>From that day, I registered at the gym to get rid of my love handle.

Eventhough I will receive good condition for my healthy, I will keep going to go to gym.

 With these reason I have a healthy life.
