To be honest, You could call me a couch potato. I’m quite lazy when it comes to exercise. And I really like fast food and eat them regularly although I know that is not good for my health. In order to have a healthier lifestyle, I think I need to improve it day by day. I will do more exercise such as join a dancing club or walk through the fresh air in the path.
