Well to be honestly, I don\'t believe my body is healthy because I\'ve been smoker for 5 years. Also, I don\'t remember the last time when I worked out. I guess when I was a student of high school, I used to play a basketball with my friends at that time. But these days, I think it needs to do it as I\'m getting older. I can feel tired and exhausted easily too. :)
