The president of the US, Barak Obama, has often praised the Korean education system. He quoted saying that the Korean education system is something that the US should benchmark and implement because it contributed a lot to making Korea become so competitive in the global market. What he said is somewhat true and agreeable because Korea has emerged as one of the fast developing countries. Korea doesn’t have natural resources, but grew as the 11th largest economic power in the world thanks to human resources. Competition starts right after they are born. Kids are sent to various private schools or institutes to take various classes like language, math, science, painting, or art. When they go to elementary school, they don’t come home until 10 or even 11 o’clock at night to take extra classes after school. They go to high school, they sleep for only a few hours a day. There is a saying that if you sleep for more than five hours a day, you will fail to go to good college. Is it good?

Good evening Sir [이름]! I hope you fiinished your tasks early. And that you will have a scrumptious meal tonight. I also admire the Korean education system. I can say that the best businessmans and professionals are from Korea. It is because of their diligence in studying to reach their goal. Of course, it is tiring at first. I think people should always keep an eye on their goal. Good day and enjoy the rest of the day.Teacher Nina   The president of the US, Barak Obama, has often praised the Korean education system. >> correct He quoted saying that the Korean education system is something that the US should benchmark and implement because it contributed a lot to making Korea become so competitive in the global market. >> He quoted saying that the Korean education system is something that the US should benchmark and implement because it contributed a lot in making Korea become so competitive in the global market.
