Test scores or grades might not reflect your intelligence, competency, and knowledge accurately. Even other assessment methods like an interview or a presentation for a job seeker or a student might not be a goody way to figure out their true potential. There are numerous ways that have been developed or developing to assess people’s ability, however, there is no perfect way that is accepted by all of the people without any objections. Tests and scores are conventional ways that have been using since a human society was created to assess and compare people’s ability although other supplementary mythologies have been added. It means that the test and its scores are still effective and play a vital role in evaluating people’s ability regardless of whether you are in favor of the method or not. There are no better ways than test scores to completely replace the current evaluation scheme although they are not a complete dashboard to look into your true abilities or potentials.
