I don\'t think that buffet promote oversumption. The buffet promote overeating. Usually the buffet is in the hotel or big chain store. So very expensive. Special day we go there. I eat too much when I go to buffet, because they have a lot of dishes. Sometimes I eat digestive medisin after come back. So I don\'t like buffet. Nowadays I eat a little at the buffet and on a planed basis. First eat vagetable, next meat, next rice. I don\'t eat cake, cooky and drink. Than my stomach is very comfortable.
