Does language make the personalities different?

Basically, I don't agree that differences of languages form different personalities of each nationality. In some sense, superficial behaviors and customs could be different. On the other hand, there must exist common ways of human thinking in spite of different language used. If you are nice to your friends of other nationality with a different language from yours, they will react to you in favorable way. If you are not, they probably won't. By the way, if you define the word 'personality' includes a set of behaviors of the other person, I think you cannot but accept certain influence of language on personality. For instance, in Korea we use a different level of Korean language which is based on a relative age difference of our counterpart. This difference of Korean language usually ends~
