I personally think that it doesn’t matter who propose first. We sometimes need to listen to our heart, not following what our brain says, especially in love relationships. There is nothing to lose even if your proposal is not accepted. Yes, you can suffer from some emotional impact for a while when things don’t go well. However, it’s much better than not even trying. If you don’t try, you will get nothing and will regret later.But if you try, there is a possibility of winning his heart or at least you can set your direction.
