Does speaking English well make you more intelligent than a friend who cannot speak English at all?

I think speaking English well does not make me more intelligent but it makes me more convenient. Even though you cannot speak English at all still you are good at something. All has a talent and all just has diferent strong point. But as I said speaking English well does not make me more intelligent but makes me more convient!! For instance, I love traveling so I go to overseas a lot. Just because I can speak English a little that mekes me proud and convinent even when I am in the conturies which does not use English as a first language. So I mean learning always good. In my contury, everyone does not speak English but we have a burden for speking English and learning English especially for younger generation. When we are young we are learning English for the test called Korean SAT and after they went to collage they study for graduate and getting a job then they still study for promoting in their company. Which means English is a big element in our society.
