Even though I have not often watched parades, there are some parades in our country. The parade I have seen before was held on national holidays. It was related to the King and his retainers. I don't exactly remember the story, but it represented the parade of the King and his retainers going to their ansestor's grave. Every person who participated in the parade wore traditional clothes of Korea. And some people of them rode a horse and it was very interesting and fascinating.
Every country has its own parade. Some hold a jazzed-up parade like Samba carnival of Brazil. Others hold a serious parade like traditional parade of Korea. Of course, colorful parades are good, but I like our parade that reflects traditional culture.
