Downsizing notice

Yesterday, My boss(president) announced that downsizing is needed to rebuild our company business. Thesed days, my company has struggling in profit. We all got shcoked even though we expected that situation. I am worried about losing my job, I enjoy working at work but as economy gross decreases in the world we have to layoff. I might the one of the umemployments in my company. I am very sad to hear that but I should overcome the situation by getting another job soon. Actually, it's very hard to get a job now due to economic recession in Korea. The only one we can expect good things is the compensation benefit. we want to get high compensation fee about 2 years annual salary. I think 2 yrs salary is good enough to make us feel a relif even if we lost our job soon. Anyway I need to apply for another company to get a job soon. I want to the next company which is stable environment to work hard.
