I woke up in the midnight and went to kitchen; I picked ice bars from the friger and devoured them. From then my belly started to ache but it was not so painful until this morning. Thus I went to church for Sunday morning service as usual, but slight cramps became serious during the service. So I could not help leaving for home. On my way home by taxi, the taxi driver advised me to drink hot water. Thanks to drinking a mug of hot water I could release something wrong from my belly and be relaxed. Having some hot water brought me comfortable state so soon witout going to a doctor.
