It is known that U.S dollors and gold are safe assets. That\'s why many people tend to buy these things if there is a economical crisis. By the same token, it would be a good chance to purchase a house during the inflation. Actually, real easte including house is the major investment goods because its prices finally is increasing countinuously. People tend to hesitate to buy their own house because nobody knows if the prices are the lowest compare to the past.
