Earthquake in Japan

Last Friday, there was a strong earthquake in Japan. The earthquake of magnitude 9.0 on the Richter Scale hit the western coast of Japan. According to the news article, it was incredibly strong enough to bump the Japanese archipelago up to 2.4m to the east. Thousands of people in Japan were rendered victims by the earthquake. Also, the nuclear power plant in Hukusima was exploded and burned in this morning. I was frightened by the destructive power of nature. Furthermore, I thought that Human beings are helpless against the power of nature. The most impressed point, However, is the sense of public order of Japaness. They didn't cry and tried to keep thier composure. I think that it is the power of Japan. I hope that they will recover from the disaster soon.
