When I was in a diet, I almost always checked the nutrient information on the label which is printed on the product. how much would I eat calories or protein which is able to be checked on the label is very important to me to maintain muscle made by work out. for example, when I decided to eat pizza, then I will compare pizzas that I wanted to eat with calories. However, I don\'t always choose the least calories pizza. I sometimes choose the second or third least pizza. But there is no way to choose the most calories pizza even if that pizza is my favorite.
