education of future in korea

Whenever I see korean students , they don't seem happy. and they are under a big pressure of their parents hope. and most of them are weak coz they don't have time for excercising. Goverment should regulate the number of all private institutions in korea. Study should be done only in school. And goverment should also increase the number of class for physical education, art and music so that students can get less stress and be more creative.
