From eight am. I started to keep drinking a cup of the prescribed liquid. I had to drink up four liters of liquid for cleansing down whole of my digestive organs: stomach, belly, and large intestine. The nurse had told me that I should drink out the whole liquid within two hours; nevertheless it took more than three hours to empty up its container. It was really nauseating to gulp liquid every ten minutes. At first time when I swallowed a cup of it, I was almost vomit so I chewed a piece of gum right after that. And once I had the first and second cup of it I had to rush to the toilet. Likewise I repeated these activities until I finished drinking it out. So my whole digestive organ became totally emptied. However, I didn’t feel hungry nor dizzy at all but light!
