Thank you very much for answering this question. Well, I like your last sentence the most. Confidence is actually everything. Some people act confident even if they do not know what they are doing. This is okay because they can learn from faking it to making things happen well soon. However, the real confident people are highly knowledgeable of what they do and the confidence they have is from the solid foundation of knowledge they posses.
Thus, keep learning until the day that you are a great English speaker yourself. That day is soon.
