Entrance fee to go to the beach

I agree sir. Public facilities should be free for the people. But I understand also that sometimes some public facilities ask for a minimal fee for the maintenance of the facilities specially if this area is used by a lot of people. It is hard to maintain cleanliness so an entrance fee could be required. Have a great day sir. See you later in class!
