The goal of my goal this year are as follows. First, I want to get some performance in my work. When it comes to end of this year, work performance is very important in evaluation, so that I can promote next year and receive more payment. The second of my goal is to improve my English. I make a long-term plan to study English. I will take 2~3 years to study English so that I can be scouted a better company. It is more and more hard to get a good job in this recession. I have to increase my competitiveness to survive. The need to increase my competitiveness.
