Why are you working? There are several reasons why people worked. One of the primary reasons would be to make money. Making money itself chould be critical to almost all. However, it is not sufficient to do their jobs and people want to puraue something special with their jobs. In my case, choosing my carrer is about my dream and my future, not the current money for living. I want to make the world better using lots of information which is normally regarded as useless but has potential to be useful if it can be given to the right person with right format. But it turns out what i do currently is far from my dream or future even if it gives me enough money to live and good environment to balance my work with my life. Everything is just fine except the fact that i have no passion in what i do in that there is no future i desperately wanted. Many people said that there is a gap between what you do and what you want to do at work. The one reason why the company gives money to you is to force you do what they want. Therefore, it is too much when you request something more than that. I believe myself as an young and promising person. I'm afraid of two mistakes that i do and will do: keeping my job with no passion, and giving up the current good environment and taking a risk for my dream which doesn't exist and will never exist.
