It means young people doesn\'t understand the young\'s value.

Because when I was a high school student, I always wanted to go outside and play with my friends. even when I was University student I did it.
I thins my activities was wasted on my youth.
I\'m still young, but I can\'t do lots of things. I don\'t have enough time and physical strength.
So I really efforts that I don\'t waste on my youth and time.
