In my opinion, having a open mind is the most important thing during communication. And listening to other's words is also important. So when I talk with people, I try to get a open mind and listen to their words. I'm closer to listener than talker. But some people who have a negative mind to their life or just want to get something for free without effort. Then I scold them to get a positive mind, if they should live. Endless complaining is never helpful our life.
So when I communicate with others, I want to be a good listener and good adviser at the same time.
