I was busy handling thing that I have to finish. I inspected vary high apartment. This apartment is 35th floor. So, the elevator’s rated speed is vary fast and it has more safety gears to secure for the comport operation.When I am working, I used to and I need to watch every floor’s door. But I used not to inspect all doors in the elevator. I won’t be able to take the class on Friday. Because I am going to join the general meeting of union. The union rally will start tomorrow. The main issue of this rally is about the appointment of a chairmen for the new merged government agency for the inspection of the elevator in Korea. Both company have huge conflict in the process of merging the two company into one. We hope the new CEO who has the ability of professional administration and professional knowledge about this field.But the person directly involved in this merge applied to the CEO and he is the strong candidate now.There are high possibility that he will become the new CEO

I honestly think you have a tough job. It\'s not surprising why you feel exhausted at times. I really hope your rally tomorrow and your meeting with the union on Friday will yield good results. I think conflicts are common in a merger because the companies have different set of core values and different leaders. In my opinion, the only way to solve this problem is for the government to open the CEO position to everybody and carefully screen for qualified applicants.
