I have a short temper that I have been trying hard to fix for a long time. I have a high competitive and fighting spirit toward victory. I cannot stand losing a game or a competition. Especially when I play a game like tennis, I am totally immersed in and cannot see others. The problem is that when I play a double game, I easily get upset and accuse the other when my partner makes a mistake or his play does not live up to my expectation. When you play a double, you should always encourage your partner and cheer up even when he makes a fault. This is a manner and courtesy. I am well aware of that rationally, but I occasionally lose my emotional control and later regret it. I believe that being momentarily disappointed and get challenged about losing a competition is a good trait to possess. However, we sometimes need to just enjoy the game itself regardless its result: victory or defeat.
