When I was young, I thought that sleeping is unnecessary, wasting of my time.
But now I realize that sleeping is indispensable for our life.
There are three reasons.
The first one is that, physically, we can re-energize our body, rehabilitating our cells.
The second reason is that, mentally, we can forget difficulties of daily stuff.
We also can rethink complex things before or during sleeping, giving a chance to balance our decision.
Finally, we can have a wonderful dream while sleeping.
There is a famous quotation from Bernard Shaw, \"You see things; and you say \'Why?\'. But I dream things that never were; and I say \'Why not?\'\".
