Because of a severe fatigue, I came to my office at 9:40 am this morning. Fortunately my boss didn't notice that I was late at work! As I've been working here for four months, I feel my workplace is a very comfortable environment. Because my university is very small, there are only two staffs in my department and I have only one boss, who sometimes drops by my office but most of the time stays in his professor's office. Therefore, if I want, I can even find some time to do personal stuff on work time. So it's really comfortable workplace, but not challenging enough for me. My job in here is the same familiar job as I had worked in graudate school. I am not satisfied because I don't feel I've been improved by working. What should I do?
