Essay: how do you take criticism?

It is indeed really hard to tell your friend or your colleague about his/her weakness or things he/she needs to improve. Nobody is perfect and everybody makes a mistake. Thus, who in the world is entitled to criticize others? Nobody likes being criticized. So, should we try not to criticize others? What about constructive criticism? Is it sometimes necessary and acceptable? It is quite natural that you instantly try to defend yourself unwittingly when someone criticizes you. However, having a second thought, you can develop yourself to be a better person by taking the criticism positively. Good medicine tastes bitter. I often lose my temper when I play tennis and I sometimes got my partner offended by making sounds out of disappointment when my partner made an error. I was occasionally criticized for my bad behavior and advised to enjoy the game and respect my partner. I took the advice and tried to keep it in mind although I could not change my attitude completely.

Hello there! How was your weekend, I hope it was fun.

Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful essay. There\'s barely any error on this.

It is really good to know that you are the kind of person that can take a constructive criticism positively. How about giving it out to others? Have you ever tried to give a constructive criticism? How did the receiver react? How do you normally give out criticism? Let us remember: \"Criticism, like rain, should be gentle enough to nourish a man\'s growth without destroying his roots.\"

Have a good day. I am looking forward to talking to you; can\'t wait to hear all about your weekend.
