When I read this question, I first think that mental health is more important than physical one.
They say that a sound mind is in a sound body.
Assume that we have a physical problem such as headache and broken leg.
In this situation, we can not be generous and can not help other people.
However, after I consider the question carefully again, I change my mind and decide that mental health is more critical.
This is because the effect of mentally unhealthy person is more serious than that of physically unhealthy one.
If someone hurts his/her arm, he/she just can not help others who carries a heavy stuff.
But, if someone has a mental problem and wants to kill using a gun or driving a car, the effect is more enormous.
Therefore, I rank mental health over physical health.
