First of all, I will listen to him carefully so as to speak his complaint completely out of his mind. It helps him by calming down his anger. Then I will tell him prepared answer and the reason politely why the replacement is impossible. I think that he would accept it if he is a sensible person. but if he continues insisting on his opinion. I would respond decisively against this but politely
