Q. Your boss is very busy and that you didn't understand his instruction clearly. How will you clarify it to him?
A. Well, it would be happened everyday to me but I am not familiar with this kind of situation though. Anyway, if I cannot understand what my boss or manager wants me to do, I would like to ask them one more time much more politely because I think it is much better to make the confusion clarify than guess by myself. Therefore, sometimes I do not understand the direction from my boss or manager, I kindly make an excuse and ask them to give me that instruction one more time to understand.
