My family get together on several reasons.
One reason is the traditional holiday including Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day) and Seolnal (New Year Day).
Another reason is the seasonal vacation such as summer break and excursion for autumn leaves.
The third reason is a kind of celebration day when a member of my family succeeds in his/her work.
For instance, when someone enters into a well-known school or gains a promotion in a job or receives an award for his/her effort, we rejoice and encourage each other at the family gathering.
Among the three reasons, I prefer the third one.
