Some people like to go to the gym to exercise. But other people prefer to cycle to work and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Actually, I prefer to go to the gym to exercise. There are lots of advantages to go to the gym. First, we don't need to worry about the weather such as rain, snow, etc. So we can keep exercising eventhough the weather is too bad. Second, because there are lots of machines which help our body made. We can balance our body. Also, there are many trainners so we can learn how to use the machines. For those reasons, I think it is better to go to the gym than just walk.
