If my thought is right, I can say that I would enjoy working out at home. In my case, I used to go to the university early in ther morning and get home late at night. I do not have time to go fitness club for exersise; thus, I enjoy working out at home. It makes me save my time and my body also healthy. Besides, it helps to reduce my stress from schoolwork. Even though I cannot afford to do a strenuous one, it is enough helpful to me.
