How do you feel when the feedback you are expecting is delayed? How do you deal with it?
I would like to give a feedback form to the person in charge of when it is delayed. Waiting feedback over one week can be annoying because I cannot proceed the next steps. Thus, if I cannot receive any feedback, I would like to remind it adding a feedback form to lose his or her burden. For example, when people are asked to give feedback without any form or a guideline, they feel that the work is difficult. This is because standards of evaluation can be various. For making it easy, I will ask them to fill in the blanks or mark the points from 0 to 10 by giving the form with questionaires. It is the best way to reduce time for waiting.
