I feel good in my first class. But English is still a high mountain to me.Nevertheless, I can't give up English. Please, I hope you to lead me well.

Certainly, I agree with this opinion. There are many double income families in our society. Infant care is the reponsibility of the couple. So this policy could help to participate in nurture by their father.If fathers cannot take care of their children, birthrate are more likely to decline.
