I do agree that first impressions are important but it is not the only one which is able to evaluate people\'s abilities. There are a lot of books which state how to improve person\'s impression. Many people would like to learn it and try to change their first impression by doing what books or professionals say. However, there’s more to something than meets the eye. I have met a lot of people who have bad first impression but they have really gentle personality. So, if we focus on physical appearance to judge someone\'s impression too much we might lose a chance to hire a nice person or to be a good friend. I don\'t know what is the best way to select talented employees. However, job interview has a serious problem. Because administrators only have one chance to see candidates and need to select them. So, first impression is the only one way to choose proper employees. In summary, I do agree partially about the topic. I think first impression is important but other things also im
