I learned to swim about over 10 years. so I think I can swim well. Until about 10 years ago I use to go swimming very often. But after I moved to other city, I was not able to find a place that was located near my new place. So I thought about what I could do for my health and then found a fency fitness center. I started learning to work out there. I took personal training for almost a year. After about a year I became a person who can work out by myself with confidence. Now I sometimes enjoy exercising in my free time.
