I believe five professions expected to play crucial roles in supervising the reconstruction of civilization are philosopher, journalist, social activist, diplomat, and doctor. Given that a sociey has been hit hard by a devastating event, it is likely that the general public go through chaos in which all the values and morals are destroyed. Here, philosopers should trigger thoughts and controversies among people which will lead to implementation of new social standards. Journalists can also contribute to this process by providing populace enough materials to reflect on. And social activists armed with rationale and knowledge given by the two forementioned groups are the ones actually transforming the society into a civilized one. Besides, since we are living in the era of globalization, diplomats are in need to arrange international support in various ways which can promote the reconstruction. Finally, in regard to public health, doctors must save people whose lives are at stake.

Or someone who can restore public utilities such as running water, electricity, fiber optic cable, network television, fuel service stations, transportation infrastructure, and commodity supply chains? Or someone who can provide instruction in law enforcement and jurisprudence? Or someone who can manage agricultural businesses and touches on areas including food production, agricultural sales, and the natural sciences? ^ ^
