Fixed punishments or considering circustances and motivation.

Many east Asian countries adopts U.S & British legal sytem as their model system. Both of them describe crimes and penalties shuld be applied. Acutally, jury system was invented to reduces the risk of judges' false or emotional sentences. If there is no range or fixed punishments for same type of crime, every court would issue different charges to same crim.
But the consideration of motivation of crime should not be ignored, somebody should do crime at that situation even though we might do same crime if in his position.
Hungary, poverty, self defense , some situations might bring even us to crimes so each different circustances should be considered to make final sentence to crimer. Prosecuters are used to asking strong punishments but they also have to consider the motivation of some crime.
In conclusion, mixed legal reference system would be best

Hi! : ) The legal system is truly a complicated and sensitive issue; especially because the decisions made will change the lives of those involved in a crime (the victim/s or the criminal/s). Indeed, each country has its own and may have adopted other nations\' justice system. However, in my opinion, I think that they all have a common aim. This is to hopefully come up with the appropriate consequence to or punishment for a certain crime. Good work. ^ ^ I\'d be happy to read more of your compositions. : )
