My company has planned to adjust the flexible working hour system to the employee. Starting last year, we are asked to test this program to the employee. I discussed with the Leadership team and they made a decision to participate department. HR conducted the meeting with purchasing team and run 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we have a meeting with the Purchasing team and get some feedback from them. Almost every employee is satisfied in the program but some of the managers have trouble with the employee and complain about this program. during the test session, some of the workers are not following the manager\'s proposal. Anyway, the employee is interested in flexible working hours system and wants to adjust it asap. But some of the managers hesitate to lunch the new program. We all know this system is good at work and life balance. So I try to adjust and launch it as of July 1st. during the test time, I\'ve learned for the succession of this program, the mindset is really important.
