I would like to describe \'healthy\' as a forever life task. Our body is strong enough to keep us safe from lots of illnesses. However, it\'s also fragile so we always need to keep on eye on our body. I believe keep checking our body condition and find what\'s good for our health is truly important. This is why I think that healthy means a huge task that is given for us to take care in our entire life.

Being in a condition of whole physical, mental, and social well-being rather than merely being free from illness or disability is what it means to be healthy. It entails controlling stress, eating a balanced diet, exercising frequently, getting enough sleep, and having enough energy to enjoy life.
Healthy people enjoy a higher quality of life, greater independence, the ability to make more of their own decisions, and better life opportunities.
