Topic: Do you know short story, 'the open boat'? 'The open boat' is published by stephen crane in 1898. Content of the book is how did 4 crews survive in the open boat. Particularly, the author in the book emphasizes that although they were approached by various natural disasters and they were in very dangerous circumstance, nature was indifferent to them. And the author also shows that even though the humans were struggling to overcome natural disasters, they ended up the failure. In short of, I think the author would like to show us that nature cannot help but be stronger than human. In other words, even if humans develop a lot of somethings, they can't surpass nature's power.
